It’s Only Entertainment Highlights Fibroid Fighter’s Foundation’s “A Night in Full Bloom”

It’s Only Entertainment recently covered the Fibroid Fighters Foundation’s fourth annual fibroid awareness event, “A Night in Full Bloom,” which took place on July 25, 2024, at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. The event brought together influential personalities including Cynthia Bailey, Angela Yee, Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson, R&B singer Sevyn Streeter, and celebrity makeup artist Kym Lee, all united in their support for women affected by fibroids.

The evening focused on sharing stories of resilience and raising awareness about fibroids, a condition impacting 40 million women in the U.S. Dr. Yan Katsnelson, a co-founder of Fibroid Fighters Foundation, underscored the prevalence of fibroids, with 80% of Black women and 70% of white women developing the condition by age 50.

Guests enjoyed inspiring speeches and a memorable performance by Sevyn Streeter, reinforcing the Foundation’s mission to provide support and education for women battling fibroids.
